To intervene or not to intervene

An update on the UK carbon market

A short post today to update Carbon Risk subscribers on the UK governments deliberations over high UK carbon prices, and crucially whether there was a case to intervene or not. I mentioned in a post earlier in the week that I didn’t feel that there was a case for intervention, but that it was something to keep an eye on.
